The first thing I did when planning who to use as models for my magazine was create a list of people who fitted the profile of the artists I was looking for and were willing to be a part of it.
After speaking to all the potential models in person and agreeing on a time that suited them all, I created an inbox on facebook so that I could confirm the night before that they were all still able to attend the audition.
With some artists such as Dillon issues with other subjects meant that he had to change when he auditioned, but by letting me know the night before we arranged another time and sorted the problem.
When I had double checked with all the potential models that the time we had arranged was okay and rearragned with anyone who couldn't make it, I confirmed with my media teacher and booked the studio were the auditions would take place.
